Our Journey
On March 18, 2020 at the beginning of COVID-19 Pandemic our Resurrection Power Ministries III president had a spiritual experience that she will never forget. The vision was terrifying as it reminded her of the 1940’s famine her mom often talked about where many from her community in Cabo Verde and around the world died from hunger. Her spiritual experience prompted much praying and the Lord responded, “Feed those in Need”.
This vision was instrumental to the inception of the ministry. We started in April 2020 by providing food support to ten different families in São Nicolau, Cabo Verde. Since then, the ministry has increased its support to eighteen families. The ministry also provides school transportation to five students in need in São Nicolau to allow them to continue their education. In addition, the ministry also provides a monthly offering to a church in Mexico to assist those in need in their community.
